Swollen lower abdomen?

So in the past couple weeks I have developed a pooch for a lower abdomen and the past week it feels harder and swollen.  Definitely no babies in there cause its still kinda jiggly and hangs.  But now it's uncomfortable and makes sitting down harder.  Just wondering if anyone else had this wonderful little pooch???

Yes!! I developed it a few weeks ago and I hate it.  By the end of the day mine is very sore and hard as a rock.  My doctor told me it was just adema and should go away after the babies are born - very similar to my feet swelling.  I'm sorry you're stuck with it as well but I'm glad to know I'm not the only one dealing with it.
