This is about how we had to handle our son from 7-14 months. He sleeps on his stomach so everything went forward. We packed all the inserts of a B4 folded into the front of his fitted (yes - 6 layers of inserts all in the front), wrapped the fitted on the outside with a Hemp Babies Bigger Weeds in front and through the legs, then stuffed the giant combo into a wool cover. Poor kid. He couldn't even sit up in the thing for months. But it WORKED. I hope you have success with your monster combo, too.
