I am looking for a pediatrician, ideally on the UWS. Any recommendations?

We just moved to town and are looking for a new Pedi, too. And, of course DS got sick right after we moved! I've been to Metropolitan Pediatrics twice now since they were able to see DS right away, but they were kinda underwhelming to me. I think we'll check out Columbia Westside Pediatrics and I've called Our Kids MD twice and never gotten a call back, but have heard great things about them.

Metropolitan Pediatrics on 87th or 88th & Broadway.

We met them at the hospital (at my ob/gyn's recommendation) since we had just moved and hadn't found one yet. Although they aren't near to our home, we make the trek because they are so nice. Dr. Ward and Dr. Sasala are our favorites in the practice.

FYI - Dr. Ward is leaving to start her own practice. That's the only doctor I've heard about.

We go to Pediatric and Adolescent Medicine on 78th & West End. I love them so far. Have seen Dr. Tracy and Dr. Cosme. Every time I've called the doctor who has called back has been wonderful and reassuring to a new mom!
