Not pumping as much

I used pump a lot the first few weeks because lo was not interested in the breast, I used to get 2.5 to three oz on each side. Then lo took off with breastfeeding and I did not need to pump anymore. Anyways I have a wedding coming up and have tried pumping twice once after am feed once after evening feeding and I only got about 2 oz all together. Any ideas why? I know lo gets enough, she is happy and thriving. I showered after and checked to see if I had milk coming out and I did. Any insight would be great. Thx

Try pumping thirty mins to an hour after LO eats. Also try massaging your breasts while pumping - it always helps me get more while pumping.  Also I put the pump back on phase 1 (not sure what pump you have, some have an automatic letdown phase and it can be repeated multiple times during the 20 mins I pump for) and that triggers a second or third letdown.  Sometimes showering before or putting warm compresses on your breasts before pumping will help as well.  I always wait an hour or two after LO's last feeding before pumping and will get a good amount then - but usually no more than 3 oz total at the last pumping session.
