We are just starting this ourselves.  I think I will let the girls pick their incentive the first couple weeks.

Awesome and very cute!! I've been thinking about doing this, but just thinking about taking the time to make the chart didn't sound like much fun! LOL Now, I can do it without much hassle.

For the person who asked what they get, I had been thinking about money for an individual chore (a quarter per chore maybe) and at the end of the week if he's done a bunch a special "date" alone with either Mommy or Daddy.
