I REALLY reccommend this website--
It is full of support, info and encouragement. I absolutely love it.
I've experienced PPA/PPD with both of my sons and have come through it with the help of medication and a wonderful therapist.
I am a therapist myself but that didn't exclude me from falling victim to the awfulness of these disorders. Please know that you can and WILL get better. There is so much hope.
