Question for those who use Flip

My sister bought me two Flip day packs. We have been using prefolds and covers until this point. My question is- do you alternate the covers, so using 2 a day, or just keep using the same cover until there is poop on it or something? Thanks!

At each change, you should put the cover aside to air dry (it will get a little damp from being worn) and put a fresh one. You can alternate 2 a day or a few a day, but you should swap them out at each change so LO is always in a totally dry diaper when you change them.

Okay- thanks. That is what we have been doing with the PF/ covers- so it should be easy enough!

that's what we do. When we go out, I make sure I have a couple covers on hand that way one can dry and if she poops (and it gets everywhere) I can put that one aside and still have one on hand for those moments instead of having to reuse a damp one.

ditto pp's.  we rotate 2 a day...after I change one, I do wipe it with a wet cloth--I find it helps a little with the smell of the pee.
