does anyone know how to get and/or redeem these points? 

ETA: I don't mean how do you 'get' them...I already have the points but have not seen where it says how to redeem them...Bottomline is I want a free diaper!

You earn one for each dollar you spend. After you place an order, they will email your balance. The first redemption level for $10 is 225 points.  At any time, you can check your balance by going to your account info at their site. Once you are in your account you will see "my rewards" where there will also be a redeem button.

do you happen to know what happens if you make a return?  do you lose points?

Good question.  I've never returned anything.
