So I ordered a recliner/glider for our nursery about 3 weeks ago, and we called last week because they said it would take 7-10 days. It still wasn't in last week, so we called again today and they said it was delivered today. When we went to pick it up, we let the manager know that it took longer than we expected. We weren't complaining at all, just letting them know. Anyway, the manager handed us a $100 gift card! I am extremely impressed with their customer service. We were shocked that they would go above and beyond for their customer. Just thought I'd let everyone know how great they were. This was at the Kenwood location.
