Strange diaper request...

I need to price a mailing out for a client - and need to know how much a single newborn diaper weighs.  Anyone have one AND a scale that measures ounces?

    Sorry Lisa.  I have a baking scale that would weigh it but used up all of the newborn diapers.  A Huggies size 1-2 diaper weighs 0.8 ounces according to my digital kitchen scale that I use for baking.  So hopefully that will give you something to work with if no one else has both a newborn diaper and a scale.

    That's perfect -- thanks so much!!  I can use that weight and know the smaller diapers will be under that weight!

    It looks like you got what you needed, but I figured i would just say that our pediatrician's office counts a dry diaper as 1 ounce when weighing them, regardless of the size of the diaper. HTH!
