FFFC? Shall we?

Here's my boring FFFC....

One of my docs just asked me to attend a video conference at 1 today.  I'm more then happy to attend and it will be a helpful video conference to gain insight on something we are working on.

But.  I'm a little annoyed because I had planned on taking a long lunch to run and nurse DS2, have lunch with DH, and then get my oil changed.  Now I only have time to feed DS2.  Grrrr.

Sorry it was so lame.

  • I've literally gotten nothing done at work for the last 3 days.  It's pathetic.
promised myself I'd retire when I turned gold, and yet here I am

  • I've spent a *ridiculous* amount of money this week - so completely financially irresponsible and not like me - but damnit was fun.  DH was onboard with all of it, but I think he'd feel sick if he saw my online cc statement.

Me too. Amazon, Land of Nod, Gap/ON, Joanns. Most of it has been for my little sister's baby shower and our Joanns just opened and I want to stalk up on fabric while it's 50% off.

  • I feel like I'm on the edge of snapping. Dd is up all night and has been for about 5 weeks straight. It's worse than when she was a newborn. And even though I know all babies are different all i can think is "ds was never like this". Sigh. I just want to sleep. Plus bc she is so overtired she only takes 45 minute naps and then is grouchy until her next nap. Then I'm grouchy, tired and snappy at ds. Oh and I'd make dh get up with dd but she refuses a bottle. Is it too early for wine?

I totally agree that later sleep problems are worse than newborns! At least then you expect it- I had a rough month with DS when he randomnly started waking during the night. Eventually he pulled through, nothing specific, just time! Good luck!
