If so, currently a growing sports paraphernalia company on the Southside of Jacksonville is seeking Part-time dynamic customer service individuals who can consistently deliver exceptional service via outbound and inbound phone calls, emails and chat. We are looking for High energy, dedicated, computer savvy individuals for the fast paced fun environment. Key responsibilities include problem solving for customers as well as the company, always leaving the consumers with a good feeling, generating and consistently demonstrating enthusiasm for their company, mission, products and their partners. To also serve as a customer advocate by taking personal responsibility to see that customers concerns are thoroughly resolved. Applicant must be resilient to change and consistently increasing sales by investigating customer needs and completing other duties that are assigned.
Working hours: Monday - Sunday Flexible hours
Working hours: Monday - Sunday Flexible hours Core Hours of 8:00am - 10pm
MUST have a minimum one year of customer service and or contact center experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to work in a fast paced environment where multitasking is expected. Strong attention to detail and excellent typing and computer navigation skills. Ability to work up to 40 hours per week during peak time.
