Vaughn??

We have several girl names that we like, but we don't agree on any boy names.  This is one of the few that we are both okay with.  

BTW - Our last name starts with H and is 3 syllables.   Also, I tend to like names that aren't too common, but at the same time, not something that will get him made fun of.

I'm not a fan of the girls names... The girls name that we are leaning towards is Everly.  I kind of like Vance, but I think that Vance sounds more DB than Vaughn, IMO.  Hmm...

I get a DB association for it, too, and it just sounds kind of feminine to me. I have a friend named Yvonne who got called Von for short all the time.

I really like Vaughn a lot.  It gives me a Bruce Willis-cool and strong vibe for whatever reason.  And Vince Vaughn makes me laugh until I cry.

Oh, I feel awful... I like both too!  Just to clarify, I was trying to express to the PP that I felt like Vaughn and Vance are along the same lines.  I actually like both names, so I hope that came across... :-)

Also, one of my husband's old pervy law partners is named Vaughn and they call him Vaughn-Vaughn Get It On.
