Complainers. I know - big whoop. BUT, I know a few people that love to complain about how tired and busy they are. Maybe I am being totally judgemental but they aren't married and don't have kids. WTF? Do you want me to explain to you all the things I do everyday - oh and I'm 69 months pregnant.
I get that everyone has a different perspective on what "busy" really means but I don't think I complain much....AT.ALL. So I really hate to hear other people complain about dumb crap.
That's all. Hormonal rant over.![]()
Re: You know what bothers me?
Bwahahahaha.
I feel this way about 99% of the population 100% of the time.
I try to visualize the STFU bus running them over. That usually reins me in.
::gigglesnort:: you said 69
I got myself into some "hot water" with a Nestie the last time I made a similar comment about single folks having relatively "more time" than wives/mothers in the same profession. That said, I'll slowly back out of this post...
69.....
I know what you mean about the "single" comment. I tried to be sensitive by saying everyone has a different perspective on the word busy. I think maybe I just hate that some people can't embrace being busy. Just get it done, and try to have some fun while you're at it! Oh, and STFU if you want to complain to me.
someone I work with had the 'nads to delegate some work on a project, complain that the others she'd delegated it to hadn't done it yet (which was before she had asked for it to be done), complained incessantly about how busy she was, asked someone else to come in on the weekend to finish some work, and then proceeded to take a vacation day while everyone else was doing her work.
ETA: it wasn't me.
I like this motto.
Do you want to take this out in the parking lot?
No because parking lots are not a safe place for you. You might get run over or accosted by a rather large woman in a bubble coat. Just saying...
You took the words right out of my mouth. Although I have a container full of sharps I could defend myself with. Nothing like a dirty needle that says I love you
A dirty butt needle for that matter!
I would have responded earlier but I had such a rough morning of toting my daughter around to dance class and then errands and now I have to worry about what to fix for dinner. Oh shoot, I'm doing it again. :-)
HA! You need a nap.
Ha!!
