Looking for mom to help with news story

Hi ladies. 

I work at Channel 6 News, and I'm looking for an Omaha mom to help me with a news story I'm working on.  It concerns expiration dates on things in your fridge/pantry/medicine cabinet - you know those items that typically don't come with dates on them.  Or if there is a date, how "set in stone" is it?

I want to bring an expert to your house and have them go through your fridge, pantry, etc and tell us what's good and what's not.
