UGH....I kinda wish I wasn't temping right now

Remember how I was upset my temp didn't go up a lot on Tuesday (day after IUI) then I was so happy when it went up a lot yesterday? Well it went up again today and I got no CH's. I put in a similar temp for tomorrow and sure enough, it says I O'ed the day after IUI, which is the day I started taking progesterone. If that's what really happened, I have no chance. I am so upset. If I wasn't temping, I wouldn't even know this. I wish I wasn't.

Was yoUr doctor not monitoring you? During the two IUIs I had, there was daily u/s to watch my follies and to confirm ovulation. I still think you ar I. The game. The point is to have the swimmers there before ovulation and you backed it up with some old fashioned. Don't stress yourself out, it's the worst you can do. Hugs. ETA: I just reread mor clearly. Ugh I hope it isn't the case

He doesn't do an u/s to confirm ovulation. I don't know why.

 My main concern is that I started taking my progesterone suppositories the day after IUI. I'm pretty sure you aren't supposed to take them until after you ovulate. I'm just worried that the Pro. will stop me from getting KU because I took it too early.

I don't understand. If you O'ed the day after IUI, why is it certain to fail? Shouldn't the sperm last 4-5 days in there?

There is conflicting ideas on how long "washed" sperm lasts. Some say as little as 6 hours. Some say 24 hours. That isn't even my main concern since DH and I BD'ed after the IUI and the next evening.

My main concern is that I started taking my 200mg progesterone suppositories before I actually ovulated.

I'm probably freaking out over nothing. It is pretty much what I do lately.
