Why are they packaged as Bitty Buttons? I saw them like this today at Walmart (I know...I HAD to go there, unfort).....but I could swear that a couple weeks ago when I saw them at TRU the package said LaLaLoopsy.
They were originally called Bitty Buttons dolls as they have buttons
adorning them for features and as part of their clothing but recently
they were rebranded as Lalaloopsy rag dolls as the name was more unique.

No R9, they are rag dolls with plastic hair helmets and creepy black button eyes. Look alot like Sally Nightmare Before Christmas to me. And my child is so in love withthem it's scary.
Where does one even fall in love with these monstrosities at? The toy aisle? (We don't venture to that part of the store) Do they have commercials on TV for them? (Don't have this)
Natalie is totally uninterested. (thank you, baby Jesus)
BUT - if I were to buy one in the Bitty Buttons box, it could sell for a mint, in a few months, right? :::maybe I need a midnite run back to Walhell to buy up the 6 or so they had:::
I would place bets that you can quadruple your money if you hold onto them until about a week before Christmas. Those last minute louie's will be despersate by then.
Re: I have a LaLaLoopsy question....
This is the answer I found...

So, they aren't a cartoon or anything?
My GoogleFu also came up with the answer that there were copyright issues with a clothing line named Bitty Buttons.
So they are slapping LaLaLoopsy labels over the Bitty Buttons ones until they change the packaging.

Commercials on Nick Jr every.five.minutes. Followed by the commercial for twinkle toes.
