Jogging stroller tips?

LO is almost 12 weeks, and we've got a Baby Trend Expedition that we'd like to start using. Any tips for us? I'm not a hard-core runner, but DH and I like to go for jogs in the park. TIA!

    My husband and I love running and we have a Jeep stroller.  It is a little heavy to take on our long runs but for short runs it is great.  Our little girl loves it! She goes to sleep with the first few minutes every time :)
