Does anybody have a Nap Nanny?

My sister gave us hers and it is quite large; floor real estate is becoming rare in our house.  Do I need this on top of a swing and bouncy?  Were you able to use yours in your bed, sort of like a co-sleeper bed?

Wasn't that recalled?  Or am I thinking of some other product.

For some reason I think it's only supposed to be used on the floor.
