my lo is 19 weeks, 9 adjusted and he started to smile around 6 weeks (adjusted), and laugh around 8.

Probably between 6 and 8 weeks adjusted. It started small, just smiling at me, then spread to my husband, then my mom. Now she's starting to smile at other people too.
