Medical bills...

*sigh* It is SO hard to get all those D&C medical bills in the mail. To have to look through them and pay them, all the while knowing you have nothing to show for all the money you are spending.

    So sorry!  I remember you from the March board! 

    Did your insurance cover most of it? 

    I hate receiving any mail that reminds me that I no longer have a baby inside me.  I receive way too many of those.

    I know what you mean. I laughed when I saw that the radiologist who literally walked by, told us our baby died, and walked out charged $200. What a ridiculous industry. :P

    I know what you mean! They charged me $10,000 for my D&C (which included the genetic testing they did for the baby)....it's ridiculous! No wonder America is so in debt!

    Yes, My insurance is covering 100%. I realize that my bills are probably much smaller than most since I come from a small town but I think it is absolutely crazy to pay 13k for 3 u/s and 2 D&C's.

    The last thing I want to do is sort out medical bills when I am grieving the loss of my baby!

    It's only been 2 weeks since I lost my baby and the OB-GYN still keeps scheduling blood tests to make sure my HCG levels go down. My bill right now is $4,000. I am just hoping medicaid covers it all.

    I totally hear you - and I thought I paid them all, come to find out the payment online never took so I got them AGAIN. Ugh....

    Plus I have a high deductible health plan so that was $1,000 out of pocket for me :(:(:(
