I burned myself

in TTC After a Loss 6 Months+
I burned myself with a curling iron this morning.  A huge burn right across my neck.  It was flaming red all morning and now it is starting to resemble a huge (I am talking Gene Simmons mouth huge... g.r.o.s.s.) hickey.  Here I am a 38 year old walking around with what others assume the worst.

    Please take some eyeliner, write the word "hickey" on your neck, and draw an arrow pointing to it. See if anyone says something. Stick out tongue

    I say flaunt it. have DH give you a giant hickey on your chest. wear a low cut shirt and your hair back. people will assume and acknowledge that you are so hot some dude gave you giant hickeys all over.

    (that said, I hope it heals quickly!)

    I don't know why I even still have curling irons. I have never, EVER mastered the art of the iron.

    Tell Mr. Kona it's a hickey from your young cabana boy lover and he'd better SHAPE UP and buy you some pretty!

    I'm just waiting to do the same thing one of these days now that I need the flat iron everyday for my new do.  Hope it goes away fast!
