wraps: sleepy vs moby

Has anyone tried both the sleepy wrap and the moby wrap?  Or do you have one and want to comment on it?

I am torn between which one to get.  Both have great reviews on Amazon.  However, I have seen a couple reviews for the sleepy wrap of moms that also have the moby wrap, and they prefer the sleepy wrap.  But each person/baby is different.

Any thoughts? TIA!

Re: wraps: sleepy vs moby

  • I don't have the Sleepy Wrap, but I love my Moby Wrap.  Hands down it is my favorite of all my carriers.  The only real difference in the two is the fabric.  The fabric of the Sleepy Wrap is a little bit heavier.  Being in South Carolina you might want to get a lighter fabric since it tends to be a little humid there (or not, I could be wrong ;-) ).  Some people mention that the Moby Wrap gets stretched out after a while, I never had this problem too badly and I noticed that if it ever got too saggy, a quick wash and dry worked wonders.  Good luck finding what works for you.
