How do I send a PM?

I do it this way:

Go to a post of the person you want to PM. On the bottom of her post are the options "Quote, "Reply," and "Contact." Click on "Contact" and select "Send a Private Message." The rest is self-explanatory.

I do the same as Moesten, but I also page the person and let them know I sent a PM since the bump notifications don't seem to always work
