Nanny/Au Pair Needed

Anyone know of a good company I could use or of a nanny that would be able to come to my home in Delaware county? Please help. Thanks.

    I got my job as a nanny through care.com. Be thorough in your questioning and ask for at least 2 references with child abuse and criminal record checks. Go with your gut on who you hire.

    You could also go through an agency. I interviewed with The Philadelphia Nanny Network. Their interview process in itself was uber thorough (wanted to know every job I held for the past 10 years, which was a lot for me because I was in college through that time)!
