prego ticker question!!

Hi I tried putting a pregnancy ticker at the bottom of one of my post in the third trimester board and it came out like this:

How do I get it to be an actual ticker? (it's from lilypie)

i tried this to, and then i followed the instructions on the other ladies bio and I can't find the signature box to copy the link into. Where do i find this box?
