We decided that we really want the city mini stroller . Now I'm just trying to decide whether to get the infant seat adapter for it or a separate snap-n-go for the infant carrier. The cost difference is negligible. Any suggestions? TIA
I went with the infant seat adapter, because I didn't like how low the snap n go was. I also didn't to have to find space for a stroller and a stroller frame when simply using the stroller with a small metal bar (the adapter) would suffice.

I got the snap n go used for like $30 so I'm just planning to use that early on. But otherwise, I would probably go with the adaptor just so that it's one less big piece of baby equipment to store!
Look on ebay to see if you can get the adapter bar cheaper. I was in the same boat as you... not sure which way to go... until I saw an adapter bar on eBay with Buy It Now for $29.99 yesterday morning. So I bought it. You might be able to get it for even cheaper if you go through an auction (there was at least one with the bids at $9.99, though I don't know what the bids are at now).
The snap n go is going to be a lot lighter but it'll be lower to the ground that the city mini. In my area, there's usually some to be found on craigslist for a good price.
go with the adapter!!!!! NOt only is your LO higher, but long after my friends put away their snap and go strollers, i could still use the adapter - just snap it in and go. That infant seat got heavy and it was nice to be able to snap it into the stroller.

I currently have both and have been using them for 3 months (Snap N Go was a hand me down) and I hate the Snap N Go. The City Mini is so awesome- you can maneuver it with one hand, which is so huge for me (I am often on my phone, drinking coffee or looking for something in bag while out and about. I love how high he sits in it too.
