Ladies w/Verizon: My phone dove...

... into the toilet last night. Thank God it was clean water, or I'm not sure I would've fished it out lol.

It's a Droid 2 and it's been in rice since last night. I'm going to try to live without it until Wednesday (!) but until I find out if it works or not, I have a question - has anyone bought a phone using Verizon's Certified Replacement Program? If so, what's the average price? I've only been on contract for 2 months with them, so I'd have to pay full price for a new Droid at $559 to replace it. OF COURSE when I switch to a non-sim card carrier, I drop my phone in water for the first time in my life. UGH.

my replacement blackberry was 80. insist that they send you a new and not refurbished phone.
