Bathtime question

This may sound like a dumb question, but I really have no clue...lol

When do you start using bath toys with LO? I have a bin of stuff that is being put away for 6+months, and I'm wondering if I should put the bath toys we received in it or if I'll be using them sooner than that.

I started using them when Jer was able to grasp and hold things in his hands...Like 2-4 months. It will go to the mouth, but I wasn't too worried about the little bit of baby wash that was on it.

We started around 6 months I think, but that was a squirty fish that we mostly used to make him laugh. I don't think he had any interest in playing with them himself until after 6 months.

I think you'll know...whenever the baby wants to really. I think it'll probably be around the same time that they start wanting to grab at things and you've got to give them something to keep them from fussing. So way before 6 months I'd say.
