Someone said that there is no way to get stretchmarks to go away. There has GOT to be some sort of laser or cosmetic surgery that makes them disappear.  It may cost a ton, but it must exist.  Think Kate Gosselin.  We all saw her huge belly with tons of marks. Now we know she had that free tummy tuck, but that doesn't get rid of stretch marks! When I see her on tv or in a magazine now she has a perfect stomach.  I understand there is airbrushing in a mag, but on TV there is nothing to cover that up.

 If there is a cosmetic surgery to get rid of them I am starting my savings account today!

I ideally would like to have more babies (if the stars align again).... I already told Dh I'm getting a tummy tuck after the last one.  Now I'll have to add this stretch mark removal service to my list of demands.

I'm not 100% sure, but I think that when they do the tummy tuck, they aim to remove the skin that has the stretch marks, and not remove the stretch marks from the skin.

You cannot remove stretch marks.  Laser treatments may reduce their appearance.  An abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) simply removes the excess skin (for twin mommies the twin skin that contains stretch marks) and the remaining skin usually is stretch mark free.  If you have significant excess skin, your belly button is removed and relocated.    It's a strange surgery I will tell you that.

yes there is a laser treatment..I asked dermatologist about this while pregnant because my stomach looked like (And still does) I got in a fight with a bear and lost badly :-(

I see a tummy tuck in my future!! I dont care about how much money I have to spend to get rid of a majority of these stretch marks.. they are my worst nightmare

I was gonna say... I am pretty sure they just remove the part of your extra skin with the marks.  Once your belly shrinks back down it's kind of amazing how little of it is still covered in marks (or at least that's how I was)  I had them all over my belly and thought they would be everywhere, but honestly they're just a small area below my belly button.  They also went down from a crazy bright red to normal skin color and they're hardly noticeable at all anymore
