Re: Local hospital names
Ooops, sorry. I only lurk and post here a couple times a week. I didn't see your post.
Freaking seriously. Stupid Chandler. I'd expect this stuff in South Phoenix or Glendale, but not Chandler. Unfortunately, most hospitals here are Banner Medical, and they require you to know the mom's name to see the baby's name. Stupid security

Not all of us in Arizona have such horrible taste in names! Though admittedly these are atrocious! Also a couple of girls at my work are pregnant and are choosing pretty bad names. Bentley Carter and Daysia (or D'asia or Deja).

Beloved Treasure Joli? Wow. I actually teach a girl named Treasure. I hoped she was the only one.
I'm surprised at Cavan. My ex-bfriend and his wife's youngest kid's name is Cavan, but I'd never heard it anywhere else before.
A high school friend has a son named Cavaan (I think that's the spelling). It's not so much the name itself as the fact that it's matched with Devan as a b/g twin set.

that's what i was thinking, lol!
I posted some of these on a different website. I've been keeping up with the Chandler names ever since one of the teachers at my school had a baby there. Yes, we have some absurd names. I seriously don't understand what the parents are thinking.
I've actually had a Kavan for the past two years, so I didn't think it was that weird. The family is Irish so I assumed it was an Irish name. Although, most people, when they'd first meet him, called him either Kevin or Calvin.
