I like the idea of this swing... looks like it will take up less space, potentially be good to tak to the in-laws, and the price tag is nice

which is twice as expensive, has the two directional option. Also has a tray, which I am not sure is good or bad.
Thoughts? Suggestions for others I might like better?
Re: Swing choices/ suggestions
We registered for and received a Bright Starts travel swing that is very, very similar to the first one you posted. I really liked it in the store (very soft, seemed really comfortable, good selection of toys) and it has great reviews. I think the one we got was $30 less at BRU than the one you posted from Sears, though, and it looks to be the exact same thing but different colors! We haven't used it yet, so I can't comment much more than that.

It is true that BRU seems to have the ingenuity stuff cheaper here... I just happened to be on the Sears website... thanks for the heads-up!
DS and I love the Little Lamb swing. It's so soft and he really prefers the side to side motion as opposed to front to back. We also have the portable swing you posted and it's great for travel. It's practically silent and it doesn't take up much space. We got it at Target for $60 so I wouldn't buy it from Sears.
Both are good but if I could only have one, it would be the lamb swing. If you do choose that one, Wal-Mart and Amazon have the best price.
