So I had planned to not give DD any juice for the time being, just water and formula. However, she has been having some major constipation issues (poor baby!)

and I'm desperate to help her. I'm thinking of adding a bit of apple juice to her water sippy. Any advice as to how much would be enough without overdoing it? TIA.
Re: Juice for constipation
if you don't want to give juice, pureed fruits do the same thing and are better for your LO. Any fruit starting with a P will act as a diuretic and help your lo poop
(peaches, prunes, pineapple, pear..)
Applesauce works too!

I give her pureed apples or pears with oatmeal every single morning. She also eats the pureed sweet potatoes & apples combo jar at least once a day, if not twice. I have given her prunes before but not in awhile. I'll try that too. Thanks for everyone's help!
