exchange question

I would very much like to participate in the exchange. If you will let me, how do I go about getting signed up?

For those of you who do not know me, I posted an ask me anything thread this week, so you can read up on me (if you care). If you want to ask me anything else, feel free. 

Background: low sperm count, no motility is our problem.

it is too late to sign up for the fall exchange since the names have already been drawn, but there is a new exchange just about every month, so just respond to the posts about the next exchange and the person running it will add you.
