What size for sig pic

Because I cant get mine smaller for some reason.  Im using photo bucket and I can put in what size I want it made.  I wanted to put 2 pictures there side by side.  Just wondering what size I need to make them.

I usually resize it in the profile box. I start at 75 and then check to see if it's too big or too small.

Its also now blury.  I think im going to try and resize them on my computer instead.
