 if you have any empty boxes let them play in those or color on them

 Give them kitchen stuff to play with (bowls, spatulas, spoons, meauring cups etc.) and fill a container of rice or pasta to play with

to get the energy out do "be an animal"...you name an animal and they have to walk, jump etc. like that animal
