I am on my 3rd night of taking Femara. I didn't respond to Clomid at all. I am hoping I do with Femara. I have PCOS and had ovarian drilling at the end of August to help me conceive. I see posts about bloodwork. My RE has just been doing transvaginal ultrasounds. Has anyone had bloodwork while taking Femara? If so, what and what does it show exactly? My RE also said that I have 5 small follicles but aren't large enough. He thinks the Femara might help. Bc I have 5, he didn't recommend injections bc of the risk of 5 actually taking. Does anyone have recs or advice? I feel overwhelmed with all of this info. Thanks in advance!
Re: Wonder if I should be having bloodwork done?
The u/s are to check the size of the follies growing and then you can get b/w done at 7dpo to check progesterone levels if you are doing TI.
Some people get b/w done with the u/s if they are getting a trigger and/or IUI to determine timing.

I've done 2 cycles of Femara and am currently on a break cycle due to m/c. We always do CD3 b/w, then u/s, then b/w 7dpo.
