Started potty training this week!

I started potty training my son the day after he turned 2! (which was this tuesday) he has been doing really well! i had him throw away his diapers and he is wearing underwear and pullup for nap and night time, i call the pull ups underwear too! so far things are getting better each day!

I would love to hear from others how it went for your son! how long did it take for him to tell you when he had to go, and how long until you took him out places in underwear?
