Which would you get - dollhouse

My Mom offered to buy the kids a dollhouse for their birthday, they have the same birthday and I posted yesterday how DS said he wanted a dollhouse.  We planned on getting one for DD this year for Christmas but I am fine with my Mom buying it since it would be something they would love and she would not get them a ton of gifts that will be hit or miss.

So, I am still struggling to decide which one.   They play together all the time but also fight a lot over who is using what even with the play kitchen.  So, would get them any one I wanted and the offer was extended when I was talking about the most expensive one.  I personally like the look of #2 or #1 over the #3 but want to get what the kids will like best.  #1 is huge and we would have to move stuff around to fit it b/c we do not have a huge house but they played with it on vacation and loved it.  The only concern is that if DS outgrows it then it will be harder to move into DDs room.  But it is huge and awesome and big enough for kids to play with together.

Which would you ask for?

#2 has an elevator.  That's awesome.  It also appears to have fewer railings & bits outside the dollhouse itself that would be easily broken off.  My dad made me a wonderful dollhouse, and the railings/wood trim bits were the first to get all banged up.

#1 needs it's own room--that thing huge!  I'd buy #2

I'd go with #1 or #2...

#1 is HUGE which i love because it will give both the kids more then enough room to play with it at the same time, BUT if you don't have the room for it, then I'd go for #2 which is also great, but smaller.

her friend has the so chic kidcraft one from costco and this is the closest I can find..she likes that it is 2 sided
