Hi yall i am new on the Alabama Babies. I found out i was pregnant on Oct 2 and thought that i would be about 6 weeks and 4 days by now but we had an ultrasound done on oct 11 and we are now 4 weeks and 6 days today. I'm thrilled to be pregnant, this is our first. I live in Washington County Alabama about an 1hour 15 min from mobile. Anyone nearby? I attend and graduated from Shelton State Community COllege in 2006 and 2007 in Tuscaloosa.

Hi Kelli. There are a few ladies down in the Mobile area and Tuscaloosa as well. Congrats on your pregnancy! When I first went in for my ultrasound the dates changed a little as well. It is also my first. I hope things go smoothly for you in your first trimester. Just a tip-if you feel sick, make sure to snack every couple hours, it helps. I lived on toast the first few weeks, it seemed!

As Amelia mentioned, the board is grieving at the moment for one of our group.

Hey Kelli! I'm from Washington County also. I gratuated from WCHS in '99. We have a lot of mutual friends. I see you post on their FB sometimes. Congrats by the way. I live in Baldwin County now but make my way back to Chatom all the time. I am actually headed that way tomorrow to visit with family and go to the Homecoming parade. This is a great board. The ladies are very helpful.
