Blog Problems

I keep a blog on blogger, and I used to be able to upload pictures, then cut and paste them to wherever I wanted them in the post. All of a sudden, I can't do this. I can cut the picture, but when I try to paste, nothing happens. Is anyone else having this problem? Any thoughts on how to remedy the situation? Thanks in advance!
