Heard this on the radio this morning, this is awesome:

McDonalds in Hong Kong are offering weddings, called McVows.  The wedding cake is McDonalds apple pies and all the guests get a happy meal toy as a wedding favor.

I remember seeing pics on theknot.com of a chick who had mcdonalds at her reception. I actually thought she pulled if off pretty well. It was some lavish, over-the-top expensive wedding and burgers and small fries were passed around on silver platters by guys in tuxedos during cocktail hour.

I think it was some kind of inside joke type thing.

But I mean, do they offer the RECEPTION at the actual joint?

Hahahahaha.  Wow, what a wedding.  I'm sure it was memoriable.

From what the radio announcer said (between laughing, she couldn't hold a straight face)...they're offering the entire ceremony and reception at the actual McD's...although it doesn't sound like you can rent out the whole place, so you'll have customers there to I guess.

I love this idea. I wish they did it here, but I especially wish they did it in the Walmart McDonalds'. I would pay to sit and watch the weddings there.
