Other Military Discounts

Just thought I would share this: 

I saw someone post about Sears, the other discounts that I have used myself. These also include retired service members: Lowe's (10%), Home Depot (10%), Firestone (10%), and some Chipolte restaurants (10%).

My husband is retired, so I ask about discounts all the time. Another good source for information for veterans is IAVA (Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America), they offer free tickets to football games, baseball games, and some vacations. You have to become a member by showing proof of your deployment, but it's worth it.

I also forgot to add that Toby Keith restaurants (I went to the one in Las Vegas while on vacation) give a free meal (hamburger and fries) to service members. Thanks for the info. To add: I just found out yesterday that Madame Tussaud's Wax Museum gives $10 off to SMs and their family members.
