Ditto All F&C- way cheaper! I also use Baby Oxiclean (or OxiFree if I can't find it) for stains, and if I need a sprayer for a specific one, I like the Dreft stain remover spray
Unless your child has sensitive skin or is allergic (the chances or being truly allergic are very very low) you can use regular detergent. A lot of people prefer something that is free and clear or Dreft. Dreft is pretty expensive.
I used (and still do to this day) Target generic baby Dreft on DD clothes. I LOVE the smell and I personally like it better than Dreft (and the price is better!) :-)
We also use All Free & Clear... that's what we used before LO was born, and we've used it since he was born with no problems at all. In fact, we used Dreft at a friend's house and when we got home he got a rash - not sure if it was related or not
