i did--i think i took it very very regularly up til the ER, but i continued to take it through the rest of the cycle as well as my first month or so of pregnancy. especially once i was nauseas and not getting tons of food in i felt it was a boost of nutrition.

I did it for a couple injectible/IUI cycles, and my 1st IVF.
Ends up it TOTALLY slowed down my response to meds. Like, big time. And once I started asking around (here) about it, ends up others had the same affect. And the 2nd IVF when I didn't take it, I had amazing embryos, the best so far.
So for me, I'm not a fan of WG. (to each their own, there's just not alot of studies out there to support or deny it's efficacy)

If you don't mind my chiming in, I would totally talk to a naturopath about it. Everybody is different. In my case (DOR, egg quality concerns, but not IVF), I asked my naturopath about wheatgrass based on what I had read here and she said no, but she said chlorella should have the same benefits without whatever it was that made her hesitant...and that was nice because I happened to be taking that already for totally unrelated issues.
But again, that was for me. So, I'd ask a naturopath since they specialize in supplements and can assess YOU.
GOOD LUCK!!!

This. Slowed things WAY down for me when I did it for one of my BFN IUIs (was on stims way longer than the other 4 IUIs I did). I won't touch the stuff again. But .. to each their own.. you never know.. it's worked well for some.
