Nope. Hair falling out is totally normal. For some people, it's even worse after pregnancy.
It's crazy how much I've lost between my two pregnancies. I used to not be able to circle my ponytail with my thumb and index finger (admittely, I have short fingers) and now I can and then some.
Its weird, the first half of my pregnancy my hair was dry, brittle and falling out more than usual. Then in the second half all of the sudden it did a complete 180 and became thick, shiny and I barely lose any of it. I'm just assuming it won't last though and that it'll fall out in clumps after LO is born.

I remember people talking about this in 1st tri. Here is an article I just came across. You might mention it to your doctor.
