Nice, but the KeyFit 30 works fine with the other Snap-n-Go's. I wonder what the price point will be in comparison to those.
It actually doesn't. It will FIT into the snap and go, but will not click in place. You need some sort of strap to make it truly secure.

Of course...since Lily will be here in December! Oh well, my sis has the Keyfit and told me to get the Snugride anyway b/c she was super annoyed it doesn't fit in the top of the shopping cart, and is very incompatible with double strollers.

Chicco made it to where it wont fit in it on purpose. It is not safe to put the car seat in the top of a shopping cart and they did not want to risk kids safety. It will fit fine if put in the top part sideways or up it down in the basket. Another great option is to wear your child, there are lots of great carrier options for newborns.
the KeyFit snaps into place with the Baby Trend Snap n' Go. I flipped that sucker on its side, tipped it toward the front and reared it on its back wheels with our KeyFit30 on the base (not even strapped in) and the car seat never even wiggled. Granted you'd never push a stroller like that, but I wanted to make sure...

I never had any problems with the Baby Trend model. It did snap into place.
