DS lost his dinner in his high chair (peg perego) and I swear it still smells a little, any suggestions on cleaner.  We tried clorox wipes and oxyclean detergent.  We had the seat cover completely off to air dry.

Other question he still throws things, we went out to dinner tonight and everything was tossed.  We have a dog at home he throws things too and we tell him no and turn his high chair toward the wall so he gets a time-out.  Unfortunately this is unaffective.  I don't even know what to try at a restaurant  either.

If you already washed the cover, I'd try Febreeze Fabric spray. 

As far as the throwing goes, take the food away from him and tell him "If you continue to throw, you don't get your food." They will then usually cry for a minute, and then request their food back and eat it without throwing.
