Hmm, I don't remember.  It was in a previous post, she said that they ordered her a different pattern (Rittenhouse maybe?) and sent it to her home and still only charged the $58 and no shipping (something about they couldn't ship the other pattern site to store).  Thats part of the reason I was a little irked when I called, because it seems that some people can get them at that price, and others can't.

 

I have a feeling though, we couldn't get that person on the phone if we tried.  When you call their customer service, you are routed to one of many different call centers.  It would be hard to get one specific person on the phone.
