the online store has better stuff than the store near me . i was wondering how their sizing was. If i buy a medium in maternity tops at other stores do are they the same way? THX
Most say and I would agree that ON runs big. I have always found that though even before maternity shopping. If I wear a XL at other stores I find at ON a Large fits.
I ordered a bunch of clothes this way from ON (OL) and I am happy with the sizing.

I would agree that most items run large, but I'd recommend ordering your pre pregnancy size. It also really helps to read the reviews on specific items!
I will say that maternity is consistent with their "normal sizes." In other words, if you know what size you normally wear there, I would buy the same size--at least that worked for me.
I think the tops run pretty true to size but with lots of belly room. The tops always fit me in the arms/shoulder and are still roomy on the belly area which is about what I'd want/expect for 20 weeks. I still have lots of growing to do!
Their bottoms run big, IMO...so I quit buying them, it got frustrating.
I think their tops run big. I usually wear a large and bought mediums from ON. Be careful with their full panel jeans. I was in the store looking for something else and almost every pair of full panel jeans was ripped. The panel had ripped away from the top of the jean part on one side.

This exactly.
